Tour of the Medicinal Herb Garden and the drying shed
Take a look behind the scenes at the Jardin de Bizac on a one-hour guided tour through the heart of an agroforestry garden cultivated using organic farming methods.
During the tour, discover around thirty fruit trees, aromatic and medicinal plants. Learn to recognise their properties, their history, how they are grown and their traditional uses throughout the centuries.
Continue the experience with a tour of the drying room and processing workshop, where the plants are carefully dried and blended to create artisanal herbal teas, syrups and liqueurs.
The tour concludes with a delicious tasting of the Jardin de Bizac’s creations: herbal teas, syrups and liqueurs made from plants grown on site.
