Introductory workshop on making macerates and tinctures

This workshop, ‘Self-care with Plants’, is designed to introduce you to making macerates and alcohol infusions.

Oily macerates and alcohol infusions will hold no more secrets for you...
The aim of this two-hour workshop is to learn how to use, safely and simply, plants that are easily identifiable and found in the Mediterranean region, and to transform them into remedies using various methods.
We’ll be working with local, seasonal plants – both wild and cultivated – including St John’s wort, helichrysum, yarrow, common mugwort, common ivy and many more.

Everyone will leave with a remedy they’ve made themselves.
