The approach of the Tourist Office

The reception desk is marked for mental, motor, hearing and visual disabilities. We set up various tools available to our visitors.

Mental disability
Large print documentation is available.
Motor disability
The premises are accessible to visitors in wheelchairs and part of the reception bank is lowered to the appropriate height.
Hearing impairment 
A magnetic loop is available to amplify sound for paired people.
Visual impairment
Braille documentation is available.

Staff are trained to welcome people with disabilities and personalized assistance is available on request.

Practical information

Parking near the Tourist Office

The Tourist Office is located at 1 quai Cléon Griolet near one of the gates of the city (Porte de l'Horloge) rue Marx Dormoy (street) : people with reduced mobility can move freely.

Parking spaces are reserved. Only people with the European parking card are allowed to park there
– Parking Place des Docteur Dax (downtown) : go through Place Jean Jaurès and go up Rue Marx Dormoy to reach the Tourist Office.

– Parking Place de la République

Open and adapted toilets : Route de Salinelles near the Vidourle car park (300m from the Office)
