In the Bizac garden
"Organic and based on an agroforestry system, we grow over thirty medicinal plants and trees, which we use to create infusions for health and pleasure, teas, syrups, liqueurs, essential oils and hydrolats".
A former journalist trained at the Ecole des Plantes in Paris, Emmanuel Raoul has made a name for himself with the quality and originality of his infusion blends.
During his workshops, events and walks around plants and their uses, he generously and enthusiastically shares his passion, know-how and knowledge of the plant kingdom.
These events are recommended by the Lonely Planet guide to Languedoc-Roussillon, 2023-2024 edition.
ECO-DESIGNATED PARTNER. Au Jardin de Bizac adopts eco-responsible practices in its energy and waste management, and in the design of its building. Certified AB and Ecocert label. The establishment preserves biodiversity and is actively involved in the local network.
