At Dame Noisette, every creation stems from a sincere passion for baking and a taste for fine things.

All our pastries are homemade using authentic, raw ingredients sourced from trusted local producers who respect the environment and animal welfare.
Tartlets, desserts, wedding or birthday cakes, festive desserts... each creation is designed to offer the right flavours, delicious and authentic, respecting the seasons.
Creations can also be made for all types of events: birthdays, weddings, christenings, local festivals or simply moments of pleasure.

All pastries are available to order by telephone, email or online form, with collection from the bakery in Aspères or delivery available depending on the minimum order amount. Also available at the Epicerie de la Gare shop in Congénies.

By choosing Dame Noisette, you are supporting the local economy and traditional craftsmanship, while enjoying an authentic and convivial taste experience.

Dame Noisette also offers pastry workshops, either individually or in small groups of 2-3 people.
