Teen baking workshop
In addition to its bespoke pastry creations, Dame Noisette offers pastry workshops specially designed for teenagers aged 12 and over, to develop creativity, independence and self-confidence.
Over the course of the sessions, participants discover and deepen their understanding of the basics of pastry-making through modern and delicious recipes. Techniques are explained clearly and progressively, allowing everyone to gain confidence while learning the essential skills. The workshops also leave plenty of room for personal expression.
A friendly opportunity to learn in a different way, have fun and leave feeling proud of your creations.
The workshop schedule is subject to change throughout the season. New dates are added regularly.
Dame Noisette also offers special workshops for adults, teenagers (over 12 years old), parents/children, birthdays and private events.
