Camargue Evenings – Manade Saint-Louis

Guided tour of the ranch led by the ranch manager, calf race, herdsmen’s games, abrivado in the arena, and bullfights with young cows in the arena.

Dinner with an aperitif (sangria or fruit juice), mussel brasucade, appetizer, bull stew or paella, cheese, dessert, wines, and coffee.

All accompanied by a group of Gypsy guitarists.
