Camargue evenings at the Vitou ranch
In summer, enjoy a unique evening in the heart of the Camargue!
Immerse yourself in the authentic world of a manade (bull ranch) and meet the manadiers (bull breeders) and gardians (cattle herders) for a convivial evening punctuated by traditions and sharing.
Your immersion programme includes:
- A warm welcome from the manadier and his gardians, proud ambassadors of Camargue traditions.
- A horse-drawn carriage ride through the heart of the herd of bulls.
- A demonstration of cattle sorting by the herdsmen and an introduction to their exceptional skills.
- Tasting of local products.
- Pony rides: free for all children up to 7 years old.
- Meal: rosé wine and cordials, mussels cooked over a wood fire & unlimited chips, fougasse d'Aigues-Mortes.
- Camargue evening around the campfire, accompanied by a gypsy music group.
