Sauvages & Compagnie
An artisan producer for over 15 years, Aurélie Lemarié grows fruit and aromatic plants in her orchard on the banks of the Vidourle River, in the heart of the Cévennes foothills.
Passionate about botany, she has developed organic farming practices in harmony with natural cycles and local biodiversity. Her garden is the source of inspiration for original gourmet creations, closely linked to nature and the seasons.
Lemarié's artisanal ice creams are made from ingredients rigorously selected for their taste and organic origin. The milk and plant-based milks used come exclusively from French organic farms.
Each recipe is the result of a committed approach, highlighting natural and subtle combinations of fruit and aromatic plants grown on site.
Aurélie mainly offers a tour of the garden followed by a special tasting session featuring her homemade specialities: ice creams, ice lollies, jams and syrups, with delicate and often unexpected flavours. It is also possible to opt for a tour only, for those who prefer a shorter visit (approximately 45 minutes).
A gourmet and responsible experience, showcasing committed local expertise, respect for nature, promotion of the terroir and sensory pleasure.
