Mas des Cabres
Mas des Cabres has been a family-run organic wine estate for eight generations. The family's presence in Aspères dates back to at least 1760.
Respecting the rhythm of the vine and the wine, preserving ecosystems: this is the mindset we adopt at every stage. We keep intervention to a minimum so that the wines can express their natural potential.
The vineyards are spread over a variety of terroirs, including red flinty clay, stony marl and Oligocene limestone scree, offering a rich palette of aromas to their wines.
The estate produces elegant AOC Languedoc and AOC Languedoc Sommières wines, as well as IGP Cévennes. Among their flagship cuvées, ‘Terres d'Aspères’ stands out for its notes of blackberry and garrigue, reflecting the character of the terroir.
