Le Jardin de Mazaalaï
The Jardin de Mazaalaï is an agricultural and artisanal business founded in 2022. Following a career change, its founder Christèle developed a culture of aromatic plants under tree cover, using methods that respect biodiversity. All plants are grown and processed on the farm using organic farming methods, certified by ECOCERT.
Discover jellies, syrups, spices and non-alcoholic cocktail bases made from aromatic plants grown and harvested by hand (and with love) by Christèle herself.
Since 2023, The Jardin de Mazaalaï has also been an artisan distillery, producing a range of liqueurs, artisan gins, flavoured vodkas and artisan pastis, distilled on site in copper stills.
