Hortus de la Vernaison

L'Hortus de la Vernaison is a company dedicated to growing and processing aromatic and medicinal plants. Founded by Nathalie Bruguier, a former physics and chemistry teacher, the company promotes environmentally-friendly practices by growing its plants according to organic farming principles.
Flagship products include hydrolats obtained by traditional distillation, cold-saponified superfatted soaps, oily macerates and a lip balm guaranteeing high-quality natural cosmetics.
The syrups are also appreciated products: a mixture of sugar, infusions of plants from Nathalie's own production or wild harvested.

L'Hortus de la Vernaison also offers workshops to share its distillation and soap-making expertise.
