Come and taste 4 of the estate's vintages at a guided tasting session, during which you'll discover the secrets of blending, the typical characteristics of the terroir and the art of maturing.
You'll also be able to taste pizzas from the wood-fired oven, made with flour produced on the estate and flavoured with local ingredients such as smoked trout from Le Vigan, sweet onions from the Cévennes, homemade pesto...
Tapenade, hummus made with chickpeas grown on the estate and seasonal raw vegetables are also served as side dishes.
