Founded in 2020, Cafés Gorille is an artisan roaster. Specialty, exceptional, grand cru and local coffees.

Our attachment to traditional craftsmanship goes hand in hand with a resolutely modern vision: we work the old-fashioned way, and keep a close eye on the world of coffee, consumer habits and the latest trends.
Coffee is a cultural asset shared by all humanity. It is a vital resource for millions of people, and brings pleasure to so many others. Paradoxically, like the gorilla, coffee is now under threat. Our approach is in line with our desire to respect this precious product from the tree to the cup.
That's why we only choose quality coffees (80+ score) produced with respect for the men and women who grow it."
Café Gorille was awarded a bronze medal for its ‘Moka Furla d'Ethiopie Bio’ at the 2025 Gard Gourmand Competition, vintage 2026.
ECO-DESIGNATED PARTNER. Cafés Gorille adopts eco-responsible practices in waste management. It has been awarded the ‘Made in Gard’, ‘Militants du Goût’ and ‘Bienvenue à la Ferme’ labels. It is actively involved in the local network.
