Biscuiterie Artisanale de Sommières
François, pastry chef, chocolate maker and chef puts his culinary know-how at the service of our taste buds by opening the doors of his artisanal cookie factory set up in Sommières since 2016. The biscuiterie has been offering fresh and dry cookies in its sales area since July 10, 2023. The products are made with healthy, organic, local and French ingredients. A campaigner for the taste of the Gard region, François (le Repaire des cookies) has won several medals. In his store, you'll find sweet and savoury cookies (cookies, financiers, macaroons, almond tuiles, etc.) as well as the Sommières travel cake "le Virdoulin". His friend Cédric's "la Belle drêche" cookies are also on display. The store's decor is very welcoming, and as well as offering his cookies, you can enjoy a good cup of coffee from a local roaster.
The Biscuiterie won two gold medals for its organic orange Moelleux and its old-fashioned almond Financier at the Gard Gourmand 2024, 2025 vintage competition.
