Aujargues Library

The municipal library is located within the community centre. On 17 September 2021, it was renamed the Frédéric Jacques Temple Library in honour of the poet, who passed away on 5 August 2020 at his home in Aujargues and was buried in the village cemetery.

Books from the municipal library’s collection are available to you: fiction, crime novels, romance novels, non-fiction, books about our region and its heritage, reference works, children’s books, comics for children and adults, magazines…

In addition, the team of volunteers delivers books to people’s homes on the first Friday of the month for those who have difficulty getting out and about.

The library organises the ‘Biblio-café’ on Tuesday mornings between 10am and 12pm. This is a friendly get-together for adults over a cup of coffee.
